We received a sample from our friend Blazing Star BBQ and first thing that came to mind was a Bahn Mi sandwich. Bahn Mi is a baguette with a crispy airy texture that is filled much like a submarine sandwich. We chose to use The Shed BBQ Smoked Chicken for the main ingredient.
