How to Cook Pork Tenderloins Caveman-Style for the Ultimate Smoky BBQ Flavor

There's nothing quite like cooking up some pork tenderloins on the grill, and when you add a little caveman-style twist, it takes the flavor to a whole new level. Now, you might be wonderin' what I mean by caveman-style. Well, it's all about keeping it simple and letting the natural flavor of the meat shine through. No fancy marinades or rubs needed here - just a little salt, pepper, and some good ol' fashioned smoke.

Ingredients:
- 2 Prairie Fresh pork tenderloins
- W Sauce
- Salt, pepper, and other desired seasonings
- Hardwood charcoal for cooking

Instructions:

1. Start a fire with the hardwood charcoal and let it burn until the coals are hot and ready for cooking, look for the grey appearance, approximately 20-30 minutes.

2. Place the pork tenderloins directly on top of the coals and season as desired with salt and pepper.

3. Cook for 10-15 minutes per side, flipping once, or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

4. Once the pork is cooked through, remove from the coals and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
